PayJoy in Mexico City is seeking a Credit Line Growth Analyst to drive sales performance by bridging training, content design, and data analytics. You will own end-to-end enablement, designing and delivering impactful training programs and collaborating across PayJoy departments.

You will analyze sales data at scale, identify opportunities, and translate insights into growth strategies for store advisors and partners.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• 1-2 years in Sales or Marketing; finance/startup experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving to drive improvements.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and quick to learn.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Sales enablement and content design for internal teams, partners, and store advisors.
• Collaborate with sales to identify knowledge gaps among clients and staff.
• Support and resolve commercial issues by coordinating with operations, product, support, and training.
• Maintain structured feedback channels, documenting field findings, and proposing improvements.
• Analyze sales data at scale and present actionable reports for decision-makers.
