UPS Mexico is seeking a Collections Specialist to optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies by enforcing established procedures. You will handle customer import billing requests and responses, with extensive contact across customers, external agencies, and internal departments to resolve payment issues.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Business or related field, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and has prior collections experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Business or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in collections and accounts receivable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries within required service levels.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves complex payment delays.
• Develops, creates, and analyzes collection and accounts receivable reports.
• Updates customer and other stakeholder information in systems.
• Monitors and maintains assigned customer accounts.
• Submits recommendations to write-off balances.
