Job summary

ABB is seeking a proficient Accounts Receivable professional in San Luis Potosí to support AR and credit activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. You will work within the Finance and Accounting Operations team, contributing to internal initiatives to improve AR processes.

The role requires 2-5 years in AR, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, plus strong English and Portuguese communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable (credit management and administration).
• Experience with financial statements and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Experience interpreting Moody's, DnB, or Bureau van Dijk reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced communication skills in English and Portuguese (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable and credit activities per defined strategies and procedures.
• Perform quality checks on financial reporting data and monitor fluctuations.
• Assist with ICoFR compliance in AR and participate in internal control testing.
• Execute accounting analyses and maintain transaction documentation.
• Review and evaluate financial statements.
