Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Credit Analyst for its Monterrey branch. You’ll analyze financial data, review orders, and determine credit limits to keep customer orders moving and support operations.

Ongoing bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with leadership. This on-site role offers stability and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
