Uline in Monterrey is seeking a Credit Analyst to review orders, analyze credit data, and make informed credit decisions to keep customer orders moving.

You will evaluate financial information, report insights to leadership, handle bilingual communications in English and Spanish, and ensure high-quality customer service while monitoring for high-risk activity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
