Uline, located in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Credit Analyst to review orders and credit data, determining limits to keep customer orders moving. You’ll support operations with accurate financial analysis and timely communications.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting degree, bilingual English/Spanish, 2+ years in credit or related fields, and strong Excel skills. This is an on-site role at Prologis Park Apodaca with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish – 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
