Acast in Mexico City is seeking a driven Creator Partnerships & Development Manager to own the full lifecycle with creators, from identifying talent to growing revenue and audience for our top shows.

You will negotiate contracts, build a partner pipeline, and collaborate with sales, marketing and brand partnerships to monetize content; you will guide creators through our systems and ensure strategic growth in a fast-paced podcast landscape.

Formación

• Experience building creator partnerships and monetization strategies.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, approach, pitch to, and sign new content partners.
• Negotiate contractual relationships with content providers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners.
• Establish high-level relationships with current and future content partners.
• Develop bespoke strategies with creators to grow revenue and audience.
• Ensure sales teams have information to monetize shows.
• Guide content partners through integration into our systems.
• Create and lead regular partnership review meetings.
• Liaise with product, legal, and communications teams.
