Acast in Mexico City is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Development Manager to own the relationship lifecycle with creators, from identifying and signing new talent to growing revenue and audience.

You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand partnerships to monetize top shows, guide partners through integration, and drive local and global campaigns while maintaining strong partner relations.

Formación

• Experience with creators, agents, or branded partnerships preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; fluent in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, approach, pitch to, and sign new content partners; independent podcasters, talent agents/managers, production companies, and networks.
• Negotiate contractual relationships with content providers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners.
• Establish and oversee high-level relationships with current and future content partners.
• Develop bespoke revenue- and audience-growth strategies with creators with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure internal teams have the information needed to monetize creators' shows.
• Act as a consultant to product and marketing teams on creator needs and campaigns.
• Support branded content sales initiatives where required.
• Guide partners through integration into our systems and maintain tracking meetings.
