Reach Digital, a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end. You will research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors, working directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

You will analyze performance, maintain a living strategy doc, stay ahead of platform trends, and translate insights into testable concepts.

Formación

• 2+ years in digital marketing required.
• Deep understanding of paid media and ads that convert.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and write briefs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable sharing learnings with team and clients.
• Passion for creative strategy and staying ahead of trends.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance and brainstorm ad angles weekly.
• Own creative strategy for brand partners and track tests.
• Stay current on platform trends and translate into testable concepts.
• Collaborate with 3-5 brand partners to develop winning ads.
