Thrive Digital is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to join our Creative department and support growth by translating client objectives into clear, performance-oriented creative solutions. This role emphasizes the intersection of creative thinking and performance marketing.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to briefs, testing plans, and client materials, and grow toward deeper strategic ownership as you develop.

Formación

• Experience with paid or performance marketing campaigns and metrics impact (CTR/CPA/ROAS).
• Ability to translate client goals into strategic creative concepts.
• Ability to use market/audience data to shape or defend creative decisions.
• Experience preparing client-facing materials that tell a clear story.
• Collaborates with creative, media, or analytics partners to move ideas to execution.
• Keeps up with industry and creative trends and applies learnings.
