Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Creative Project Manager in Puebla to lead creative campaigns for mission-driven clients in higher education. You will plan timelines, coordinate designers, copywriters, and strategists, and keep projects on track from kickoff to delivery.

This role requires at least two years of agency experience and a strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. You'll leverage Asana or similar tools to track milestones, optimize processes, and report progress to

Qualifications

2+ years managing creative or marketing projects in an agency.
Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Understanding of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust schedules across campaigns.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity and redistribute tasks as needed.
Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify at-risk tasks and update stakeholders.
Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices.
Facilitate Communication: Be the main touchpoint for internal teams.
