Atomic Hr partners with a performance marketing agency serving higher education. We seek a Creative Traffic Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinating timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll manage schedules in Asana and other PM tools, track progress, and optimize processes to support enrollment-focused campaigns and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources ensuring capacity aligns with objectives.
• Track & Report Progress using project reports and dashboards.
• Optimize Processes by identifying bottlenecks and improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main contact for internal teams.
