3Search is seeking a Creative Designer – Presentation & Integrated to join its global in‑house Creative Hub in a hybrid setup in Mexico City. This role centers on turning complex content into presentations that are clear, engaging, and visually compelling.

You will shape narrative structure, typography, and data visualization, while also designing across fact sheets, social assets, banners, and email templates. Strong storytelling and Adobe skills are essential.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer – Presentation & Integrated to join a growing global in‑house Creative Hub.

This is a presentation‑first design role, with the majority of your time focused on turning complex, content‑heavy information into presentations that are clear, engaging, and visually compelling.

We're not looking for someone who simply takes existing content and makes the slides look nicer.

You’ll need to understand storytelling, narrative flow, pacing, information hierarchy, typography, and data visualization — knowing when a presentation needs to be restructured rather than simply restyled.

But you won't be limited to PowerPoint. This is an integrated creative role, so you'll also design across fact sheets, social assets, banners, email templates, one‑pagers, and wider marketing creative.

What You’ll Do:

• Design presentations and decks that communicate a clear, compelling story
• Turn complex or content‑heavy information into engaging visual storytelling
• Shape narrative structure, pacing, and flow, rather than simply laying out slides
• Apply strong design judgement across typography, layout, information hierarchy, and visual clarity
• Create clear and engaging data visualizations, charts, and diagrams
• Recognize when a deck needs restructuring, not just restyling
• Take rough content and turn it into polished, easy‑to‑follow creative
• Design across broader formats including fact sheets, social assets, banners, email templates, and one‑pagers
• Maintain brand consistency across a high volume of creative work
• Manage multiple presentations and design projects simultaneously, often with quick turnarounds
• Use templates and design libraries efficiently while knowing when a more considered creative solution is needed
• Use AI‑supported creative tools to improve production and versioning
• Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and the wider global creative team

What We’re Looking For:

Your portfolio should demonstrate presentation design and visual storytelling as a core strength, alongside broader integrated design experience.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• A portfolio demonstrating storytelling, narrative structure, pacing, and information hierarchy
• Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual design judgement
• The ability to take dense or complex information and make it simple, clear, and visually engaging
• Broader design experience across fact sheets, social, banners, email, one‑pagers, and marketing collateral
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience working at high volume and pace while maintaining quality
• Confidence working with templates while recognizing when a project requires a more customized design solution
• Experience in a fast‑paced agency, creative studio, or in‑house creative environment
• Experience with B2B or corporate brands
• Experience with or interest in AI‑supported creative tools

The Key Thing

This is not an artworking or slide‑production role.

We're looking for a designer who understands the difference between a presentation that's simply well laid out and one that actually tells a story.

Presentations will be your core focus, but you should still be comfortable turning your design skills to a social asset, fact sheet, banner, email, or one‑pager when needed.
