3Search is seeking a Senior Creative Designer – Presentation & Integrated Design to join its Creative Hub on a hybrid basis in Mexico City. You will own complex, high-visibility presentations and craft visual storytelling for global projects, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

You will use advanced PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, shaping design for B2B brands while mentoring peers. This senior role emphasizes craft with AI-assisted tools and English-language collaboration.

Our client is a very established global organization that is growing its internal Creative Hub and looking for an accomplished designer who wants to stay close to the craft while operating at a senior level. If you want an established company with a start-up energy, this is for you!

This position operates on a global scale, with creative work supporting teams, stakeholders and audiences across multiple international markets. You’ll regularly collaborate with colleagues around the world, so you must be confident speaking and working professionally in English.

You’ll get the scale and stability of an established global company with the pace, variety and creative energy of an agency.

Presentation design and storytelling will be at the heart of this position, but you’ll also enjoy genuine variety across digital, social and marketing creative. With no formal people-management responsibilities, you’ll have the freedom to focus on producing exceptional work, solving complex creative challenges and sharing your expertise with other designers.

The Senior Creative Designer – Presentation & Integrated Design will take ownership of complex, high-visibility presentations, combining exceptional visual storytelling with senior-level design judgement across a broad range of creative formats and global projects.

Role Highlights

• Create high-impact presentations with compelling narrative structure, pacing and visual clarity
• Transform complex information into accessible visual stories and effective data visualizations
• Recognize when presentations need restructuring rather than simply a visual refresh
• Design presentations and creative materials for global stakeholders and international audiences
• Design social assets, fact sheets, banners, email templates, one-pagers and other creative materials
• Work across multiple markets while maintaining a consistent global brand
• Collaborate with creative teams and senior stakeholders across different countries and cultures
• Mentor junior designers and provide trusted creative guidance without formal management responsibility

You Will Need

• A standout portfolio demonstrating senior-level presentation design and visual storytelling
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise alongside strong Adobe Creative Suite capabilities
• Excellent judgement across typography, layout, information hierarchy and narrative structure
• Experience delivering high-quality creative work within agency, in-house or similarly demanding environments
• Confidence supporting B2B or corporate brands, with an interest in AI-supported creative production tools
• Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders and creative teams across international markets
• Strong spoken and written English is essential – you must be comfortable participating in meetings, presenting and discussing creative ideas, receiving feedback and collaborating with global stakeholders in English
