Bain & Company in Mexico City is seeking a Presentation Designer to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround materials for client teams and internal partners.

You will transform complex content into clear, visually engaging decks, advise on layout and storytelling, and ensure adherence to Bain brand standards while collaborating across consulting groups in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• 1+ years of design-focused experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality presentation materials for consulting teams with fast turnaround.

• Perform quality reviews and mentor junior team members.

Our team of expert designers partners with consulting teams and business stakeholders around the world to transform complex ideas into compelling visual communications. We combine presentation design, storytelling, and data visualization to create high-impact materials that help clients and internal teams communicate with clarity and confidence.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Presentation Designer, you will deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround presentation design support for Bain client teams and business partners. You'll transform complex information into visually engaging, clear, and consistent presentations while ensuring alignment with Bain and client brand standards. Working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, you'll balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create high-quality presentation materials for consulting teams and business partners with fast turnaround times
• Transform complex business content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations
• Advise stakeholders on presentation layout, visual storytelling, design best practices, and technical solutions
• Apply Bain and client brand standards consistently across all deliverables
• Design and edit materials using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate closely with consulting teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, polished, and completed on time
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Perform quality reviews and provide guidance to support the development of more junior team members

ABOUT YOU

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 1+ years of experience in a design-focused environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to Have (can be trained):

• Professional experience in presentation design
• Experience supporting consulting, professional services, corporate, or other client-facing organizations

WORKING MODEL

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week at our Mexico City (Polanco) office.
