3Search in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Creative Manager – Integrated to lead a team of Integrated and Motion Designers, shaping creative direction and hands-on work across global campaigns.

You will mentor staff, ensure high‑quality motion design, collaborate with international stakeholders, and balance fast production with larger campaigns in a hybrid setup (2 days in the office). Strong English required.

• Job Title: Senior Creative Manager – Integrated
• Salary Range: $29,000–$43,000 USD – dependent on experience
• MXN: $503,000–$720,000 MXN
• Location / Working Model: Mexico City | Hybrid – 2 days in the office
• Language: Strong professional English is required

We are working with a very established global organisation that is expanding its internal Creative Hub and investing in a stronger integrated design capability.

This is a genuinely global role , working as part of an international creative team and collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues across different markets. Because of this, candidates must be confident communicating and working professionally in English on a day-to-day basis .

Senior Creative Manager – Integrated will lead a team of Integrated and Motion Designers while remaining actively involved in high‑profile design, animation and social‑first creative projects.

Role Highlights

You Will Need

• A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion, animation and integrated design capability
• Experience leading or mentoring a small design team in an agency, studio or in‑house environment
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly After Effects and Premiere
• Strong social‑first instincts and an understanding of platform‑native design and motion
• Excellent prioritisation, communication and leadership skills
• Experience working across global teams, markets or stakeholders is highly beneficial
• Strong professional English is essential – you must be comfortable speaking, presenting, giving feedback and collaborating in English every day
