Compass UOL seeks a seasoned Country Manager for Mexico to spearhead national growth, oversee P&L, and transform traditional software delivery into AI-first solutions. You will lead the country organization and align with regional LATAM and global centers of excellence.

The role requires deep experience in senior executive management, cloud migrations, and AI consulting, with a proven track record of scaling tech enterprises in international matrix environments.

Formación

• Senior executive management experience (Country Manager/MD/VP level) in IT services, software engineering, or premium tech consulting.
• Experience commercializing or delivering complex cloud migrations, AI consulting, DevOps adoption, or digital commerce implementations.
• Track record of growing a tech enterprise from local footprint to multi-million dollar market leadership in an international matrix.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Business Administration; MBA is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Mexico P&L and drive hyper-growth with revenue forecasting and utilization-linked models.
• Define and execute a bold GTM strategy to shift enterprises toward agent-first workflows and modern data platforms.
• Coordinate with LATAM and global centers of excellence to align local initiatives with corporate standards.
• Originate and close high-value digital transformation and generative AI consulting contracts with major Mexican conglomerates.
• Deepen co-selling with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, and Salesforce to expand partnerships.
• Enforce commercial hygiene via CRM management, accurate forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Oversee agile software delivery and cloud migrations using Compass UOL's AI Cockpit to improve productivity.
• Roll out agentic workflow blueprints for AI/CX, Financial Agents, and Retail Media locally.
• Ensure delivery streams align with customer outcomes and minimize churn through agile pod delivery.
• Promote an inclusive culture and upskilling across local hubs.
• Lead recruiting, retention, and mentoring of engineering talent, cloud architects, and data scientists.
• Align with Mexican labor regulations (REPSE) and data privacy (LFPDPPP).

As the Country Manager for Mexico, you will serve as the primary executive spearheading the national growth, commercial dominance, and operational delivery of Compass UOL. In this role, you will lead the country organization through its next phase of corporate scaling, transitioning enterprise clients from traditional software delivery to cutting-edge, AI-first transformation.

You will own the complete country P&L and act as the chief architect for our local market expansion, positioning Compass UOL as the leading Agentic AI and multi-cloud transformation partner. Leveraging our intellectual property, deployment-ready solutions such as the AI Cockpit platform, domain-specific accelerators, and premium global hyperscaler alliances, you will cultivate a high-performing organization of "Compassers" focused on achieving measurable business value realization for Enterprise companies in Mexico.

Responsibilities and Assignments

• Take total ownership of the Mexico profit and loss (P&L) statement, driving hyper-growth, forecasting revenue margins, and managing usage-based and consumption-centric business models;
• Define and execute a bold, localized Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy that shifts legacy enterprises toward agent-first workflows, digital commerce, and modern data platforms;
• Connect local Mexican business initiatives seamlessly with AI/R corporate standards, collaborating with regional LATAM executives and global centers of excellence;
• Originate and close high-value digital transformation, custom software integration, and generative AI consulting contracts with tier-1 Mexican conglomerates;
• Deepen co-selling mechanisms and commercial pipelines with top-tier partners, specifically expanding our flagship relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS) alongside Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, and Salesforce;
• Enforce strict commercial hygiene via robust CRM management, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, deal prioritization, and margin optimization;
• Oversee agile software implementation and cloud migrations utilizing Compass UOL's AI Cockpit platform to structurally maximize developer productivity and code efficiency;
• Champion the commercialization and roll-out of preconfigured agentic workflow blueprints (e.g., AI/CX, Financial Agents, and Retail Media platforms) to the local market;
• Ensure all technical delivery streams are strictly tied to customer business outcome plans, minimizing client churn through dynamic, agile pod-delivery models;
• Champion an inclusive, high-reaching technical culture focused on mastery and continuous upskilling across local team hubs;
• Oversee the recruiting, retention, and mentoring of elite technical engineering talent, cloud architects, and data scientists within a highly competitive tech landscape;
• Secure absolute corporate alignment with local Mexican legislation, strictly managing specialized labor subcontracting rules (REPSE) and data privacy regulations (LFPDPPP).

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong, seasoned experience in senior executive management (Country Manager, Managing Director, or Business VP level) leading IT professional services, software product engineering, or premium tech consulting firms;
• Proven expertise commercializing or executing complex cloud migrations, generative AI consulting, DevOps adoption, or digital commerce implementations;
• Documented track record of growing a technology enterprise from early localized footprints into an institutionalized, multi-million dollar market leader within an international matrix environment;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Business Administration; an MBA or advanced management degree is highly valued;
• Comprehensive conceptual knowledge of Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG components, cloud-native architectures, and data governance frameworks;

• Active, executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation heads across Mexico's banking, retail, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors;
• Strong negotiation skills combined with an entrepreneurial, hands-on ability to navigate complex business development;
• Native Spanish fluency with flawless executive English communication skills to align local teams with global boards and global vendor counterparts.
