Empresa Confidencial in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a Cost Engineer to optimize product costs across materials, tooling, labor and processes. You will develop cost models, analyze cost drivers, and support quotes for new business opportunities in a manufacturing setting.
You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance to identify opportunities for savings and ensure competitive pricing while meeting quality targets and delivery requirements.
Formación
- Experience as Cost Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.
- Experience with assembly operations and manufacturing cost structures.
- Ability to analyze product and process costs, identify savings opportunities, and support quoting activities.
- Experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
