You will lead monthly to year-end closings, analyze variances, and partner with plant operations, engineering, and corporate finance to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years in finance, controlling, or cost accounting with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost closing and reporting.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure SOX and GAAP compliance across cost accounting processes.
• Oversee inventory controls, fixed assets, and CAPEX activities.
• Collaborate with plant operations, engineering, and corporate finance to improve performance.
