Stryker Mexico seeks an Associate Finance Manager (Onsite) focusing on cost accounting within a manufacturing setting. You will own product cost analyses, SAP reporting, and ensure accurate cost roll-ups and inventory balances.

You will collaborate with operations and finance to support annual roll-ups, audits, and financial reporting, guiding one direct report and driving process improvements in cost accounting practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Finance and Cost Accounting in manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting.
• Ensure accurate cost roll-ups and inventory balances.
• Design and improve ERP/operational data reporting for finance analysts.
