Job summary

PPG in Guadalajara seeks a Regional Self-Service Coordinator to oversee the self-service channel in the assigned region, ensuring proper execution at the point of sale, team development, and achievement of commercial objectives aligned with Divisional Management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in self-service/retail, strong market knowledge, and team leadership.

English at an intermediate level and proficiency with Office/CRM tools are expected.

• Manage KPIs (sell-out, coverage, execution) and quota achievement.
• Lead and develop a team of up to 130 advisors and 3–4 executives.
• Coordinate recruitment and talent retention to reduce turnover.
• Report results and propose action plans to drive growth.

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and strengthen talent retention, aiming to reduce turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in the self-service/retail channel.
• Strong market knowledge and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Office/CRM tools and intermediate English
