Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of 5 years in psychosocial support program management, with at least 2 years remote/digital service delivery.
• Proven experience supervising mental health professionals and managing clinical teams.
• Deep understanding of digital mental health technologies, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.

Responsibilities
