About the Role

Our client, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in underserved communities, is seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinador(a) de Programas de Bienestar Infantil . This position is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in Mexico. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of various programs designed to promote the holistic well-being of children, including educational support, health initiatives, and recreational activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a proven track record in program management within the non-profit sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage child welfare programs in alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
• Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to support program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting data and preparing reports on progress and impact.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.

Requirements
