Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Coordinador de Programas de Apoyo Psicosocial a Distancia to design, manage, and scale remote psychosocial support programs across Mexico. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a mental health field, with 5+ years of program management and remote service delivery experience, and supervises clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of 5 years in psychosocial support program management, with at least 2 years remote/digital service delivery.
• Proven experience supervising mental health professionals and managing clinical teams.
• Deep understanding of digital mental health technologies, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage remote psychosocial support programs.
• Oversee selection, training, and supervision of mental health professionals and support staff operating remotely.
• Develop and refine protocols for delivering online counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.
• Ensure the effective use of telehealth platforms and digital tools for service delivery and client management.
• Monitor program quality, client outcomes, and adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program accessibility and integration.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop strategies to address emerging psychosocial challenges.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the development of innovative digital mental health solutions and resources.
