ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules in Toluca, Mexico is looking for talented PLC programmers and automation specialists to strengthen manufacturing operations. You will design, develop and program PLC systems, support production IT hardware, and contribute to digitalization projects across the shop floor.

The role emphasizes technical support for PLCs, adherence to engineering and IT security standards, and ongoing optimization of automated equipment to ensure smooth production flows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and program PLC systems and automation solutions to support manufacturing, assembly, and safety operations.
• Provide daily technical support for PLCs, hardware, software, and related production-floor applications.
• Implement and maintain engineering, connectivity, and IT security standards as well as documentation for industrialization and digitalization projects.
• Optimize and adjust the performance of technical assembly equipment (presses, nut-runners, wheel alignment systems, etc.) and ensure functional and integration testing.
• Identify process and automation improvement opportunities and align these initiatives with process experts and global teams.
• Develop, configure, and adjust PLC software according to standards ZF FOXCONN, including signal mapping and parameter configuration.
• Train end users and provide support on shopfloor solutions, ensuring correct usage and system updates.
