Formación

• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling for stamping and assembly lines.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and production order management.
• Hands-on experience in Delivery Control Coordination (DCC).

Overview

Objective: Align production requirements with available resources in stamping and assembly lines. Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials while minimizing downtime. Maintain an accurate production plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Support continuous flow, delivery reliability, and operational excellence in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for stamping, welding, painting, and assembly lines.
• Translate customer forecasts and orders into accurate production requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order fulfillment status and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between production, logistics, planning, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the position. Align production requirements with available resources in stamping and assembly lines.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and production planning, including MPS, MRP, and assembly line scheduling.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP) for inventory control and production order management.
• Skilled in line balancing, cycle time analysis, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Experience in warehouse management using FIFO, Kanban, and safety stock control.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Delivery Control Coordination (DCC) and Order Management.
• Advanced user of SAP.
