ZF Foxconn in Mexico is seeking experienced IT professional to support on-site applications and infrastructure, ensuring availability of SAP, PCS, QDB, QDC, PVS environments and data integrity.

You will work with global IT teams, implement security, monitor servers and networks, and participate in cross-functional projects while maintaining documentation and incident response.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/related field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience in a JIT/JIS manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with SAP systems and databases.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Active Directory and notebook devices.
• Knowledge of networks and VMware virtualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain on-site applications and system infrastructure per SAP, PCS, QDB, QDC, and PVS standards.
• Ensure availability and data integrity in coordination with data owners.
• Implement IT security protocols including access controls, firewalls and encryption.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks and cloud services for performance and reliability.
• Provide incident support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional and global IT projects.

Join us and be part of something extraordinary!Your tasks:Coordinates, maintains and supports on-site applications and system infrastructure, including Production Control System standard (SAP, PCS, QDB, QDC, PVS) and associated operating systems/software in the JIS/Non-JIS environment.Acts as a key player in the global acting IT Support team.Implements, rolls-out and manages IT systems and software packages that comply with global standards.Guarantees availability and consistency of all local data in alignment with data owners.Provides expertise for overall JIS/Non-JIS processes and network, server and telecommunication services, as well as IT solutions across functional areas.Maintains IT-documentation of diagrams, configurations and procedures.Diagnose and resolve technical issues by providing efficient and practical solutions. Escalate complex problems when necessary.Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including access controls, firewalls, and data encryption, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance with relevant regulations.Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Lives the standard incident support process, especially for JIS and production critical issues, in close collaboration with Process Experts and global and local support teams.Performs fault finding and trouble-shooting of all network, application and core systems infrastructure to ensure an appropriate coverage of IT services.Takes part in projects, not limited to cross functional and global scopeManages IT assets and compatibility testingEducation:Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.Your skills:Verbal and written English communication.Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in a JIT/JIS manufacturing environmentKnowledge of SAP and databasesFamiliar with Microsoft Windows OS, desktop, Active Directory, and notebook devicesFamiliar with network technologies and knowledge of VMwareProven team building ability as well as good communication and problem-solving skills.Analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBe part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now!
