FOX LATAM is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Mexico City. You will partner with HR business partners to deliver efficient recruiting across media functions, managing the full lifecycle and building high-performing teams with an exceptional candidate experience.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong stakeholder relationships, autonomy, and a passion for attracting top talent in a dynamic market.

Formación

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in media.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, agency, or in-house environment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, in fast-moving settings.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles within the media industry.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand need, develop sourcing strategies, provide market insights.
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates via multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain high candidate experience with timely updates.
