FOX LATAM seeks a Contract Recruiter in Mexico City to lead full-cycle recruitment across Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production and Corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent through multiple channels, and manage interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as is the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in media.
• Experience with ATS and Workday preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reqs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming and Corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage and assess qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and screenings with hiring teams.
• Maintain strong candidate experience through timely communication.
• Advise on recruiting best practices and market trends.
• Track activity in ATS and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and complete pre-offer steps including reference checks.
• Document pipelines and reporting; deliver clear recruiting updates.
