FOX LATAM seeks a Contract Recruiter in Mexico City to lead full-cycle recruitment across Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production and Corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent through multiple channels, and manage interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as is the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Negotiate offers and complete pre-offer steps including reference checks.
• Document pipelines and reporting; deliver clear recruiting updates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX LATAM is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruiting experience across a variety of business functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, identify top talent in the local market, and help build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles within the media industry, including Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights.
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and competitive market trends.
• Ensure recruiting activity is accurately tracked within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and complete all pre‑offer processes including reference checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using applicant tracking and sourcing tools.
• Deliver clear, consistent communication and recruiting updates to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in media, with demonstrated success hiring across Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate functions.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruiting in a corporate, agency, or in‑house recruiting environment.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS, Workday preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicant tracking and sourcing system.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and levels simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in high‑expectation environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations applicable to hiring in Mexico.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
