Solera Holdings, LLC is seeking dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiters to support high-priority hiring across our Sales and Engineering teams during a 3-month contract in Mexico and Seville. The ideal candidate will bring deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in recruiting for technical and commercial roles.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding for selected

Qualifications

3-5 years of recruiting experience focused on Sales and Engineering roles.
Strong understanding of technical hiring and commercial profiles.
Experience with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.

Responsabilités

Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top talent.
Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports.
Collaborate with external search partners when needed and manage vendor relationships.
Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
