GE Vernova seeks a Contract Performance Manager to lead energy service contracts in the Monterrey region. You will manage the full lifecycle of resources and logistics, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets while aligning with sales for growth.

You will act as the primary customer liaison, balance onsite execution with financial accountability, and travel to customer sites up to half the time to support regional operations and service excellence.

Formación

• This position requires experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Prior experience in a customer facing role is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the energy generation industry.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute services and supplies contracts for assigned customer.
• Serve as single point of contact to customer for timely issue resolution.
• Lead P&L with accountability for annual Op Plan.
• Ensure financial results align with sold budget.
• Support Sales to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Execute portfolio growth strategy.
• Maintain KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Maintain knowledge of region, coverage area, or product lines and coordinate with internal functions.
• Provide ongoing technical and business support to customers in the region.
• Share best practices and drive cross-team consensus.
