GE Vernova Inc. is seeking a Lead Requisition Engineer for the Generator CMU team to drive technical project management from order receipt to remittance. You will oversee engineering deliverables, schedule, and coordination across Design Engineering, Sales, PM, Field Services and Supply Chain.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and experience with heavy duty gas/steam turbine generator technology, ensuring reliability and excellent customer service throughout projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5 years experience in engineering or 3 years experience with a masters in engineering
• At least 2 years experience in heavy duty gas turbine/steam turbine generator technology or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering and drafting activities for CMU orders.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Sales, Project Management, Field Services and Supply Chain.
• Create and manage the overall engineering schedule using Enovia PLM.
• Ensure timely demand placement of parts defined by engineering teams.
• Provide solutions to technical issues arising during generator CMU projects.
• Write Field Service Instructions (FSI) or Field Modification Instructions (FMI).
• Integrate with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sourcing, Vendors and Service Shops for project success.
• Monitor schedule and budgeted hours; address deviations.
• Support team members domestically and globally.
• Respond to technical inquiries with data and expertise.
• Complete project closeout with feedback for improvement.
• Lead process improvement projects and pursue ongoing training.
• Support customer meetings and industry conferences.
