Job summary

Takeda Mexico's Contract Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end contracting process. You will validate requests, route for legal input, maintain contract records and metadata, and support signature and PO enablement in CLM, SAP and DocuSign.

In this role you will collaborate with Legal, Procurement and DD&T to improve processes, monitor metrics, and deliver timely, accurate contracting support across the enterprise while ensuring compliance and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college-level education preferred.
• 2+ years operational experience with contracting processes or contract lifecycle management.
• Experience with global or regional contracting environments preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process and review contract requests from stakeholders.
• Coordinate Legal review and use of approved templates.
• Manage contract records, metadata and signatures.
• Provide user guidance and training for CLM and DocuSign workflows.
• Monitor and report contract-related metrics and incidents.
