Corning is seeking a Senior Analyst – CLM in Monterrey to support our Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature platforms, including Icertis CLM and DocuSign. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and assist with deployments while collaborating with users and IT teams to drive resolution.

As CLM capability grows, you will become a subject matter expert and contribute to operational support and future enhancements across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and managing service requests.
• Ability to collaborate with users, vendors, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Curiosity and learning agility to become CLM SME.

Responsabilités

• Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets, troubleshooting and resolving.
• Support Icertis CLM and DocuSign administration and configuration.
• Partner with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and documentation for CLM/eSignature.
