You will ensure template use, maintain contract records, support signatures and PO enablement, and partner with IT teams on system configurations. The role requires strong knowledge of CLM, SAP and DocuSign, with 2+ years in contracting operations and fluent English for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college-level education preferred.
• 2+ years operational experience with contracting processes, legal operations, procurement operations, source-to-pay processes or CLM systems.
• Experience or knowledge of global, regional or shared-service operating environments.
• Fluent in English with business-level fluency in the region.

Responsibilities

• Process and review contract requests ensuring data completeness and use of approved templates.
• Coordinate Legal review when required and route matters to subject matter experts.
• Serve as a functional contracting-system expert for CLM, SAP and DocuSign workflows.
• Prepare, monitor and communicate operational metrics such as cycle time and queue aging.
• Provide strong customer service and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.
