Cardinal Health is seeking an Analyst, Contract and Billing to support finance-related activities including contract administration, pricing, rebates, and billing. You will work with internal teams and vendors to research discrepancies, maintain records, and ensure accurate financial processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts Payable/Receivable to resolve routine issues and maintain controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Supports administration and maintenance of customer and vendor contracts, pricing, rebates, billing, and related financial documentation.
• Reviews and processes billing transactions, vendor invoices, chargebacks, rebates, and pricing adjustments.
• Maintains accurate contract, customer, vendor, and pricing information in financial systems.
• Researches and resolves routine contract, pricing, billing, invoice, and payment discrepancies.
• Collaborates with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Payable/Receivable to support contract and billing activities.
• Provides timely and professional support regarding contract, pricing, billing, and invoice inquiries.
