Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated student to support plant operations in Monterrey area. You will monitor production KPIs, drive compliance with targets, and develop reporting tools to provide visibility into line status and risks.

You will prepare executive-level reports for business reviews and work with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions. This is an on-site, mornings role with significant growth opportunities.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in an engineering or related business field.
• Graduation: December 2027 or later.
• On-site mornings availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to the production line and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and maintain preventive reporting tools for production visibility.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to support performance reviews.
