Redwood Logistics in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an Analyst for Continuous Improvement Enablement. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing business processes, training end-users, and developing SOPs.

You will collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to implement new processes and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Transportation, a bilingual background, and strong data-analysis skills.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for internal/external communications.
• Analytical mindset with ability to gather, synthesize, and interpret data.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal and external teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes and adapt to changing requirements.
• Permission to travel up to 25% to support training and implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Create training content for Managed Services staff and end users.
• Develop SOPs and ad hoc documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules and system logins for new hires.
• Serve as SME for Managed Services workflows and processes.
• Conduct hands-on training on large projects with end users.
• Support large projects by training end users on processes.
• Track adoption and measure effectiveness of new project rollouts.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
