Job summary

FBS is seeking a Content Strategy Project Manager to join our SEO/GEO team and shape how content connects with customers across search. You’ll own the enterprise content roadmap, coordinate initiatives, and use data to justify priorities.

You’ll collaborate with SEO specialists, business units, Legal, and Creative to move content from strategy to publication, track performance, and build data-backed business cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, content strategy, SEO, digital marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and SEO with GEO/AEO and AI-powered search familiarity.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into a story and business case.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, Semrush, or Ahrefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize multiple content initiatives and the enterprise SEO content roadmap.
• Build strategic publishing plans across websites, organic search, social, paid media, and other digital channels.
• Partner with SEO specialists, business teams, Legal, Creative, and other stakeholders to move content from strategy to publication.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities across SEO, GEO, and AEO.
• Track content performance and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build data-backed business cases to explain the rationale behind content priorities.
• Plan ahead for seasonal and business needs while adapting quickly as priorities change.
