Apex Systems is seeking a Moderator to review, tag, and act on content in response to reports, applying guidelines to keep communities safe.

You will handle various content types and work with teams to maintain high accuracy and confidentiality, staying updated on policy changes.

Candidates should be 18+, have at least a high school education, and may benefit from studies in psychology, communications, or criminology.

Responsabilidades

• Review content to determine if it meets community guidelines with high accuracy and quality across images, text, video, audio, and 3D experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with performance indicators defined by operational goals.
• Review training material to stay current on workflow changes, guidelines, and policy updates.
• Review sensitive content including handling of CSAM material.
• Handle large volumes of user generated content and respond appropriately.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Stay up to date with online trends and impacts of content on communities.

As a Moderator, you will review, tag, and take necessary actions on content per defined guidelines. These services will be provided in response to customer complaints (reports) about user conduct and/or content that is alleged to violate policies, in addition to preliminary reviews of content. You will work with content across a multitude of social and gaming products and be an expert in policies across our ecosystem to make key decisions in keeping our community safe.

Responsibilities

• Review content to if determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality Content moderation types include Image, Text, Video, Audio, and 3D experiences
• Maintain a high level of compliance and confidentiality standards
• Frequently review training material to remain current and knowledgeable on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates
• Comply with the performance indicators or parameters defined by operational goals
• Review sensitive content including the reporting and handling of CSAM material Qualifications
• Ability to handle large amounts of user generated content
• Ability to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content online
• Ability to be objective instead of subjective
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Strong written and verbal communication
