IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. Based in Tlalnepantla, Mexico (hybrid role), this position turns consumer and market insights into fragrance innovation, supporting cross-functional teams and business growth.

The ideal candidate has a marketing-related degree and 2–3 years in insights or market research, plus strong English and data presentation skills. This role offers collaboration across regions and brands.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Consumer Insights or Market Research.
  • Advanced written and verbal English.
  • Experience managing research data and presenting materials.

Responsabilidades

  • Collect, organize, and analyze consumer and market data.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Analyze market, competitor, and category data for key segments.
  • Plan and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Manage research docs, databases, and reporting materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for project execution.
  • Create presentations and reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor trends to identify opportunities and support strategy.

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Support the Market & Consumer Insights team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing consumer, market, and category data.
  • Translate research findings into clear and actionable insights that support fragrance innovation and business decisions.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and category analyses, with a primary focus on Consumer Fragrance, Fabric Care, and Home Care categories.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects.
  • Manage research documentation, databases, and reporting materials to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into research objectives.
  • Coordinate with external research agencies and suppliers, supporting project execution and vendor management activities.
  • Develop compelling presentations and reports that communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor consumer and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
What Makes You The Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Consumer Behavior, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Insights, or a related function.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing research data, databases, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of market research tools, consumer insights frameworks, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Previous experience within a fragrance house, flavors company, consumer goods organization, or a related industry.
  • Experience working with external research agencies, supplier management, and vendor negotiations.
