Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Consultor de Implementación de Software Educativo to lead remote deployments for educational institutions. You will guide needs assessments, configure software, train users, and provide ongoing support across multiple regions from Zapopan-based or near MX.

Strong EdTech knowledge and client-facing skills are essential. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus experience with LMS/SIS and CRM tools, will help you succeed in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software implementation or technical consulting, preferably in EdTech.
• Proven experience with software configuration, customization, and user training.
• Strong understanding of educational institutions' operations, curriculum, and technology needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM software.
• Experience with LMS or SIS is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in Spanish and English proficiency required.
