Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of UX design experience for digital products, preferably EdTech.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficient with UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Strong user-centered design knowledge and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand learner and educator needs.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile educational applications.
• Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
