Requirements

• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and assessment design.
• Proficiency with common e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience analyzing learning data and using insights to inform instructional design decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A portfolio showcasing instructional design work is highly desirable.
