Placements24 is seeking a Consultor de Implementación de Software Educativo to lead remote deployments for educational institutions. You will guide needs assessments, configure software, train users, and provide ongoing support across multiple regions from Zapopan-based or near MX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of software implementation or technical consulting, preferably in EdTech.
• Proven experience with software configuration, customization, and user training.
• Strong understanding of educational institutions' operations, curriculum, and technology needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM software.
• Experience with LMS or SIS is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in Spanish and English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation lifecycle for our educational software solutions, from initial consultation to post-launch support.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their educational goals and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize the software to meet the unique needs of each educational institution.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and advocate for client needs.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, including implementation guides and best practice documents.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Stay abreast of educational technology trends and best practices to provide insightful guidance.
