You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to address client needs, conduct reviews, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach in a flexible, home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably remote.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Spanish.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM software and client success platforms.
• A passion for helping clients succeed and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote team environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our services.
• Provide strategic advice and best practices to help clients achieve their goals.
• Proactively identify and address potential client issues or churn risks.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to advocate for client needs.
• Monitor client health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to product and service improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
