LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Mexico City is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a team of developers, write code, mentor juniors, and shape technical direction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to finalize requirements and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate in a bilingual, multicultural setting, onsite two days per week, and contribute to data modeling, testing, and architecture decisions while promoting best practices across Agile

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reside in Mexico City and available to work onsite 2 days per week.
• Proficient in .NET/C# and Angular.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Skilled in test‑driven development and working with complex data models.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage technical resources.
• Strong planning, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communicator across diverse audiences and organizational levels.
