• Quote submissions.
• Build a profitable portfolio.
• Underwriting and operational excellence across all the business by ensuring adherence to underwriting methodology and pricing adequacy.
• Comply with SLA's.
• Promote synergies among all Distribution, other underwriting teams, and other support staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, producers, reinsurers, and other partners.
