Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager for on-site construction oversight and client representation on complex projects. The role requires coordinating execution plans, risk management, and supplier engagement while aligning with safety and QA/QC standards.

The ideal candidate will bring an engineering or architecture background, 5–10 years in PM, and fluency in English and Spanish to lead meetings, reports, and presentations across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, a specialist in performance measurement and analysis and delivering successful solutions for clients.
• Experience working on site and fit out projects
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Consultant experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Providing full project management services and on-site construction oversight on construction projects and supporting the client as client representative in delivering successful project outcomes.
• Assisting the client Project Manager as required, including oversight of the overall construction effort.
• Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage and procurement of resources.
• Contract and Budget ownership for direct contracts as assigned.
• Creating and coordinating the detailed Project Execution Plan and related activities.
• Managing risks related to construction project execution and HES in coordination with the client PM.
• Supporting the design process, reviewing drawings, and assessing constructability.
• Reviewing and reporting on overall construction progress; generating meeting minutes and documentation.
• Coordinating RFI and Submittal processes with cost budgets, and maintaining progress reports.
• Ensuring QA/QC, safety, and labor relations programs align with project objectives.
